The “Food Cultural by Little Huatuo” Play and Learn Space has opened!! 「識飲識食小華佗」玩學空間開幕啦!! Diet is our daily necessity and food affects our body's health. “Knowing what you drink and what you eat” is the most important. The “Food Cultural by Little Huatuo”  project has been extended to outside the school. The “Food Cultural by Little Huatuo” Play and Learn Space  has been set up at H6 CONET in Central. It is a place where adults and children can learn about the unique dietary wisdom of Chinese medicine culture. Through interactive games, you can easily understand how Chinese medicine culture is applied in daily life to achieve the effect of “Preventing Disease”. The “Food Cultural by Little Huatuo” Play and Learn Space  has five themes: “Medicine and Food Homology Zone”, “Cuisine Zone”, “Understand Our self Zone”, “Eat Well Zone” and “Smart Classroom” .   From now until May 30, the “Food Cultural by Little Huatuo” Play and Learn Space  will be held at H6 CONET on the ground floor of The Centre, 99 Queen's Road Central. There will be a public lecture about “Knowing Food and Drinking” from 12:00 to 12:45 noon on May 25th (Sat) . If you are interested, please mark the date. Kids, Are We Eating Right? 同學們，我們吃對了嗎？ We started the “Food Cultural by Little Huatuo”  school tour with the questions. Different from the past, we first met with the teachers. We convey the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine culture on health. How to achieve daily health care through “Medicine and food from single origin”. Understand the four smells and five flavors of food. Maintain health in a timely manner to achieve a balanced health for everyone.   From February to March, the students followed the Chinese medicine practitioner and us to understand the food culture of Traditional Chinese Medicine from daily habits. They learned the correct eating habits through a series of interactive games. When know how to eat, also should to know how to “move”. Learn some “ School Wu Qin Xi ”. The left pose of the bear pose to helpful for digestion. The right pose of the deer pose protects the kidneys and reduce waist fat. “Food Cultural by Little Huatuo” Play and Learn Space— Learning in Playing, Healthy and Simple Learning Activities 「識飲識食小華佗」玩學空間— 邊玩邊學，健康簡易的玩學活動 The 20-days “Food Cultural by Little Huatuo” Play and Learn Space  held at H6 CONET has come to a successful conclusion. Have you seen the Shennong's filled with medicinal herbs? Have you find your own physique? Eat the right healthy food, food can also be medicine and the balance between eating rhythm and moderation. Do you all remember these? Students who participated in the “Food Cultural by Little Huatuo”  came to the Play and Learn Space. Under the guidance of the guide, they learned about the five zones of the Play and Learn space: “Medicine and Food Homology Zone”, “Cuisine Zone”, “Understand Ourself Zone”, “Eat Well Zone” and  “Smart Classroom” , students learn more through interactive games. In the “Smart Classroom” , there is a big four smells and five flavors chessboard, where the students become chess pieces. They needed to think together toward a balanced diet. Finally, the “Food Cultural by Little Huatuo” Play and Learn Space  has been transformed into a virtual tour, which is set up on the “Food Cultural by Little Huatuo” website . The i-Herbal Garden online exhibition is officially open to the public! 「網絡時空百草園」網上展覽正式公展！ “Herbal Paradise” was successfully concluded this past weekend and Sunday (April 6th and 7th). Thank you to all the teachers, students and parents who attended and supported the event. On that day, the students participated in the activity shared their experiences, recalling interesting stories and various feelings about planting, which made the audience excited and moved! The students shared in different ways, which attracted applause from the audience. Gardeners’ team and Registered practitioner Au Shing Fai also talked about knowledge related to children's planting and Chinese medicine, both intelligence and sensibility. In addition to the Chinese herbal plants from the i-Herbal Garden, the “Cultural Knowledge Corner” has 30 kinds of common Chinese herbal plants to help everyone expand their knowledge. The traditional Chinese medicine tie-dye and Chinese medicine soap workshops are a new experience for both adults and children. Everyone can go home with lots of joy and souvenirs. Then, our online exhibition “i-Herbal Garden 2023/24” started immediately, starting from April 8 and lasting for one month! “Herbal Paradise” Exhibition and Event day will be held soon! 「百草樂園」展覽及活動日即將舉行！ When you browses the “iHerbal Garden 2023/24” website, will you be unsatisfied because can only watch students’ results online? Similarly, students who participate may not feel satisfy and suffer a loss if they can only share with their classmates. This is a rare opportunity to create opportunities. Students can share and show the results of their participation in planting with everyone in person. They’ll interact and talk about the joy and loss, and full of learning and experience in these periods. On the first Saturday and Sunday in April (April 6-7), the “Herbal Paradise” Exhibition and Event day will be held at CIC-ZCP Multi-purpose Hall in Kowloon Bay. On that day, there were booths for participating schools to display their learning achievements. TCM practitioners and gardeners shared knowledge about Chinese herbal medicine. The “Cultural Knowledge Corner” introduced common herbal plants. There was also a Chinese Herbal Medicine workshop where everyone can join. “iHerbal Garden 2023/24” website has been updated! 「網絡時空百草園」2023/24網站已更新！ The “iHerbal Garden 2023/24” project is in full swing. 10 participating schools have also completed multiple learning classes. Teachers reported that the students took care the Herbs Garden very carefully. Although the growth conditions of the plants varied. Under the guidance of the gardener, they had a better understanding of the plants’ conditions and made appropriate adjustments. The students are striving to show the results to the public. We also shoot virtual exhibitions in the herb gardens of each school. Before going to plant Chinese herbal plants, students first learned about simple Chinese medicine culture which is closely related to our daily lives. The students were very interested in various Chinese medicine allusions, Chinese medicine cultural knowledge and types of Chinese herbal plants. And they actively participated in questions and various games. The students also began to go to the garden to experience planting Chinese herbal plants.
