「百草樂園」展覽及活動日即將舉行！ “Herbal Paradise” Exhibition and Event day will be held soon! 大家瀏覽「網絡時空百草園」網站時，會否只能於線上觀看同學們的成果而未能滿足？同樣地，親身參與的同學只能與校內同學分享也可能未感暢快，若有所失。難得有創造機會的機會，同學可親身跟大家分享及展示參與種植的成果，互動、談談、聊聊，當中點點喜悅與失落，滿滿學習與體會。 4月首個星期六、日（4月6日至7日），於九龍灣零碳天地多用途會堂舉行「百草樂園」展覽及活動日。當日設有參與學校展示學習成果的攤位，中醫師及園藝師分享中草藥知識，「文化增知角」介紹常見的本草植物，還有中草藥工作坊，大家動動手做中藥扎染環保袋和具舒敏作用的紫草中藥皂。 記下4月6日及7日這個日子，來「百草樂園」一起玩學。 「百草樂園」展覽及活動日舉行詳情︰ 日期︰2024年4月6日至7日（六及日） 時間︰早上10:00 –下午5:00 地點︰零碳天地多用途會堂（九龍灣常悅道8號） 當日活動︰1) 參與學校展示學習成果攤位   2) 中醫師、園藝師到場分享中草藥知識 3) 中草藥工作坊 學校交流時段︰2024年4月6日（星期六）下午1:30 –下午4:00 中草藥工作坊 中藥扎染（2024年4月6日） 紫草中藥皂（2024年4月7日） 前往「網絡時空百草園」 To i-Herbal Garden When you browses the “iHerbal Garden 2023/24” website, will you be unsatisfied because can only watch students’ results online? Similarly, students who participate may not feel satisfy and suffer a loss if they can only share with their classmates. This is a rare opportunity to create opportunities. Students can share and show the results of their participation in planting with everyone in person. They’ll interact and talk about the joy and loss, and full of learning and experience in these periods. On the first Saturday and Sunday in April (April 6-7), the “Herbal Paradise” Exhibition and Event day will be held at CIC-ZCP Multi-purpose Hall in Kowloon Bay. On that day, there were booths for participating schools to display their learning achievements. TCM practitioners and gardeners shared knowledge about Chinese herbal medicine. The “Cultural Knowledge Corner” introduced common herbal plants. There was also a Chinese Herbal Medicine workshop where everyone can join. 「網絡時空百草園」2023/24網站已更新！ “iHerbal Garden 2023/24” website has been updated! 「網絡時空百草園」項目正進行得如火如荼，10間參與學校也完成了多個學習課堂。透過老師反映，同學照顧百草園非常用心，雖然植物的生長情況各異，但經園藝師指導，對植物狀況加深了解並作出適當調整，努力向大眾展示成果。 我們亦與同學同心同行，到各校的百草園進行虛擬展覽拍攝。稍後大家將會於「網絡時空百草園」網站看到同學們悉心照顧的小藥園，還有他們用心製作的報告。 「網絡時空百草園」網站亦進行了更新，添加了日常植物栽種的貼士，放眼遠方介紹位於雪梨及維多利亞的植物園。「觀賞藥園」將會展現於國醫小鎮佔地100000平方米的國醫園，及擁有健力士紀錄最長的中醫藥歷史文化浮雕長廊。敬請期待。 前往「網絡時空百草園」 To i-Herbal Garden The “iHerbal Garden 2023/24” project is in full swing. 10 participating schools have also completed multiple learning classes. 「網絡時空百草園 2023/24」已經展開， 中醫師和我們都帶著熱切的心情去探訪學校。 “i-Herbal Garden 2023/24” has begun, Chinese medicine practitioners and us all visited the schools with enthusiasm. 同學們到園地種植中草藥前先了解簡易的中醫藥文化，這與我們的日常生活其實息息相關。同學們對於各種中醫藥典故、中醫藥文化知識和中草藥植物的種類都很感興趣，積極的參與問答和各種遊戲。 同學們亦也開始到園地親身體驗種植中草藥、學習各種種植方法和注意事項，在園藝師的指導下親自種下植物、淋水，同學們都顯得非常興奮。這只是個開始，往後日子變更重要，日常護理要不時進行，讓漂亮成長的百藥園得以最佳狀態向外界展示。 “i-Herbal Garden 2023/24” has begun, Chinese medicine practitioners and us all visited the schools with enthusiasm. 小小華佗問診至校園 Little Huatuo Visits the Campus 考試季節經已完結，同學們都期待著暑假的開始。我們在這可放鬆心情的日子緊密地展開了「小小華佗的誕生」校訪活動。 這次我們以「繪本圖書計劃」校訪經驗作參考，設計活動時考慮更周全。內容固然由展覽中濃縮精選，表達方式也顧及學童的不同級別。各位出席的醫師不只提供中醫健康資訊，還跟主持及同學們在問答內外互動，令大家的參與度與投入度更高。 既然是「小小華佗的誕生」，當然有醫師的介紹。同學不但可聽到神農與華佗的故事，更可化身成主角，經歷當中傳奇人物一生。展覽中卡通化的針灸銅人，配上特別攝製的迴環軌道卡車玩具遊戲，把人體經絡穴位的精妙演繹得活靈活現。 這次醫師還請出了手腳軟綿無力的小布偶當上病患角色，即場解說診症治病的醫理，刮砂、拔罐、針灸、推拿等手法馬上從圖畫文字中躍然而出。另有一瓶瓶植物、動物、礦物的藥材眼前展現，從同學錯漏百出的瞎估盲猜中盡顯童真好學心。 最後，輕鬆有趣的主持，配合學識淵博的醫師，在與同學互動玩樂中，把健康生活的簡單訣竅傳達於無形之間。同學的投入與熱情，透過不少他們的感想和回饋躍然而出。 活動內容範疇對小學生新鮮，講師亦充分利用資源如圖書、VR展覽、中醫藥等來講解，讓學生留下深刻印象並能經歷學習與生活息息相關的中醫藥健康文化。 ——基督教香港信義會紅磡信義學校 …你們以深入淺出的手法，把小學生毫無認識的中醫理念說得生動有趣，令他們樂在其中。你們的活動內容新穎有趣，講師亦充分利用資源如圖書、VR展覽幫助學生理解，在你們的導師和醫師的幫助下，優才的學生確實獲益匪淺… ——優才（楊殷有娣）書院 …因講座當天為本校的「世界閱讀日」，本校期望同學能對中醫藥文化產生興趣，繼而閱讀相關書籍，以增廣見聞… ——香港浸會大學附屬學校王錦輝中小學 無論大家在這個暑假中編排了什麼節目，絕對值得留下一個小小的空間和時間，去瀏覽一下「小小華佗的誕生」的虛擬導賞（已完結），一看甚至再看充滿趣味的中醫藥文化遊藝空間。 The exam season is over, the students are ready for the summer vacation. We proceed closely the Become Master Herbalist Junior school visit on these relaxing days. We designed the activity with thoughtful mind from the experience in Picture Book Project. More suitable for all levels of school children. The Practitioners not just provided TCM health information also interacted with the host and students. We can’t miss the introduction of the Shennong and Huatuo since they were Master Herbalist. Students also can experience the life of legends. The bronze man of acupuncture was introduced together with a specially film, toy truck game on the loop track. It explained the human body meridians vividly. The Practitioners also invited a weak puppet as patient, explained the treatments on spot. Sand scraping, cupping, acupuncture and massage jumped out of pictures and words immediately. And the students made all kind of childlike guesses on the unknown bottles of plant, animal and mineral medicine. Finally, the students absorbed the tips of healthy life while interacting and having fun. We felt the students’ enthusiasm through their thoughts and feedback. The content of the activity is new to elementary school students. The lecturer fully use the resources, pictures, VR exhibitions, Chinese medicine, etc. to explain Chinese Medicine Culture.
