令人期待繪本完成品的初稿 The first sketches are increasing the expectation of picture book 計劃已開展了幾星期，為繪本選擇合適題材、製訂內容，顧問醫師百忙裡為我們審視資料。跟插畫師透過無數溝通和抉擇，希望將中醫藥文化的精神用圖像作最大的展現。 距離成為印刷品還要一段時間，但看到初稿時就已經很想跟大家分享一下。 The project of picture books has been underway for a few weeks. We started with choosing suitable themes and contents for the picture book, and our consultants are reviewing the information for us between works. Through countless communication and choices with our illustrator, we hope the spirit of Chinese Medicine Culture can be best displayed with drawing. It will take a while to become a printed matter. 我們的繪本專為學童認識中醫藥文化及健康生活而編繪， 推廣從小認識中醫藥的精神文化底蘊。 Our picture books guide children to understand Chinese Medicinal culture and healthy lifestyle. 插畫師工千芊創造了可愛的小主角Rainie，她留著銀灰短髮，因常遇上天氣無常，所以經常穿著紅色的雨衣和雨靴。雖然常有風來雨急，但很慶幸有一群逗人喜愛的小動物常伴左右，令她更相信和期待彩虹總會在雨後出現！ 在滂沱雨天，「小紅雨」懂得在雨中起舞，自我樂在其中。 Illustrator Kung creates a lovely character Rainie. Rainie has silver grey hair. The weather keeps changing, so she wears a red raincoat and red rain boots. She is so fortunate that her cute animal friends are around even in stormy weather. 「中醫藥文化兒童教育繪本圖書計劃」正式展開 Children’s Picture Books Projects on Chinese Medicine Culture is kicked off 中華文化傳播基金的「中醫藥文化兒童教育繪本圖書計劃」得到中醫藥發展基金的資助正式展開，由繪本內容、顧問至插畫師都已就位，熱切期待合作的成品。現在來認識一下伙伴們。 Financed by Chinese Medicine Development Fund, CCCF’s Children’s Picture Books Project on Chinese Medicinal Culture kicks off. Let’s introduce our two partners of the project. 我們的中醫團體合作伙伴－全仁中醫，是由香港一群青年中醫在2009年組成，並於2011年正式註冊為非牟利團體 (慈善稅務登記號：91/11434)，旨在以簡、便、效、廉的中醫藥，幫助和教導貧困地區的人民防治疾病。 他們派出優秀並剛畢業的中醫，到貧困地區設立中醫藥流動診所。並於當地開設流動健康教室，教導養生防病的知識；培訓當地醫療工作者為鄰里服務。他們也構結海外合作伙伴，為菲律賓及尼泊爾災民、泰緬邊境難民開展醫療人道工作。 Founded in 2009, Chinese Medicine for All (CMA) is a charitable Chinese medicine organisation. CMA sends fresh Chinese medicine graduates to provide simple, affordable, and effective mobile consultation and education services to poor people across Asia. PHOTO © Chinese Medicine for All 插畫師工千芊於設計及藝術系畢業，經營設計公司，並曾任中文大學CUSCS插畫與漫畫的講師，經常參加香港及外地藝術展覽。 第一部繪本為《Another Rainy Day》，曾於香港、法蘭克福、意大利波隆那、台灣等地方展出。2018年榮獲「香港兒童文學圖書創作」— 佳作獎及The 5th Sharjah Exhibition for Children’s Book of Selected Illustrations。 A design and fine art graduate, illustrator Kungchinchin runs a design firm. She once lectured Illustration and Comics at CUSCS, CUHK. Her works are often showcased in local and overseas exhibitions. Her debut Another Rainy Day was exhibited around the world and won both local and international awards. 總結，是另一個盛放的開始 Conclusion is the beginning of another bloom 「網絡時空百草園」的藥園種植活動自往年11月開始，經歷了中醫文化和中藥理念的課堂指導，以及在園圃中翻泥動土的體驗洗禮，同學們與這個小小園地在澆水、栽培、觀察、維護中，不期然建立了心得與感情。 由於疫情關係，停學停課跨越農曆新年及復活節，至4月下旬才恢復面授課堂，期間的影響當然無可避免，猶幸當初培植時根基良好，藥園中大部分植物仍見生機盎然，繁茂盛放。 到了接近總結階段，同學們將享有雙重成果，一方面是學有所得的收成感受，另一方面是接觸大眾的交流分享。基金正陸續收集各參與學校的匯報，同時安排VR拍攝團隊，分別到各校藥園園圃進行攝製，配合在港、澳、台三地的中藥園虚擬導賞 (Virtual Tour) 製作計劃，相信稍後在6月推出的「百草園」虛擬展覽 (Virtual Expo)，定能達到學習、共享與觀摩的全面互動體會。 The i-Herbal Garden planting activity started in November of last year. The students were experiencing the culture of Chinese Medicine, also setting foot on turning mud and soil. The students established an unexpected feeling through the process of maintenance and observation in this small garden. Due to the pandemic, the face-to-face classes did not resume until late April. Of course, the impact of the period was unavoidable. Fortunately, the foundation was good when it was first cultivated. Most of the plants were vitality flourishing. And the conclusion stage is approaching, the students will enjoy double achievements. They are not only gained the experience of learning. Meanwhile, their result will be able to share with the public. We’re collecting reports from participating schools and arranging VR filming teams to film medicine gardens at the same. The production of the virtual tour of Chinese medicine gardens in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan also in progress. 百草園之旅的中期檢閱 Mid-term Review of i-Herbal Garden 不經不覺，「網絡時空百草園」校訪活動已進行到第三節課。經過園藝師現場視察，發現草藥植物的生長狀況，在不同校舍園圃出現很大落差，例如紫蘇，有的蓬勃生長，有的卻近乎枯乾，趕著急救；又例如桑樹，部分健康生長，有些卻遇蟲害，要進一步除蟲照料。 不過，姑勿論百草枯榮有別，但活動對同學們在草本植物藥知識上的得著，明顯有目共睹。首階段問卷調查中，89%受訪同學同意「網絡時空百草園」有助了解中醫藥文化及中草藥種植，88%受訪同學希望我們往後能到校園舉辦更多相關活動，提供更多知識，加深了解中醫藥文化。這著實是個叫人鼓舞的結果！ 看園藝師、醫師跟同學圍著欣欣向榮的植物，大家談得興高采烈；又或對著陷入危機的花草，剖析原因，指導同學採取救急行動；同樣都是寶貴的一課。之後，同學開始著手準備中期報告，繼而進入下一階段，讓大家共同見證如何開花結果！ 春天快要來臨，在這和暖潮濕的季節，同學們更要步步為營，防止細菌及害蟲對植物的傷害，避免功虧一簣！ The school visit activity of “i-Herbal Garden” has reached the third lesson. After on-site inspection by gardener, it was found that the growth conditions of herbal plants vary greatly in different school gardens. For example, some perilla trees are vigorously growing, while others are almost withered, so they are in a hurry for emergency treatment; In case of pest infestation, further pest control is required. Regardless of the difference between school gardens, the activity has been obvious to all students to gain knowledge of herbal medicine. In the 1st phase of the questionnaire survey, 89% of the students surveyed agreed that the “i-Herbal Garden” can help them understand the culture of Chinese Medicine. 88% of the students hope we can hold more related activities on campus in the future to provide more knowledge for the understanding of traditional Chinese Medicine culture. This is indeed an encouraging result! The students were chatting happily with the gardener and Chinese Medicine Practitioner around the plants. They analyzed the reasons of the plants in crisis and guided students to take emergency actions. It is a valuable lesson. The students will have to prepare the interim report later. Then, the program will be enter the next stage, everyone will witness how the gardens will blossom! Spring is approaching. 當代設計遇上傳統工藝 When Contemporary Design meets Traditional Craftsmanship 現代設計如何揉合傳統工藝？六位充滿熱誠的當代工藝師，夥拍本地碩果僅存的傳統工藝師，透過兩代合作，探索珍貴的傳統手藝在藝術發展上的無限可能性。 當代工藝師神野猫、郭達麟、丁樂融、蘇林海、盧聲前和梁祖彝，遇上各個前輩，分別為扎作師張歡、鳥籠工藝師陳樂財、手製銅器師陸樹財和陸強財、以及粵東瓷廠的廣彩師曹志雄。同時，還展出林斷山明的廣彩創作系列，及時裝設計師何善恒的創意旗袍，為傳統觀賞性與實用性並重的工藝品注入現代風格及創意，創造出多件別出心裁，獨一無異的工藝品。 SOURCE © Grain Design, Crafts On Peel How to interweave the contemporary design with traditional craftsmanship? Six ardent contemporary artisans are invited to pair with local traditional craftsmen, and through the collaboration between the two generations, to explore how traditional crafts can be revived, reinterpreted and perpetuated in the contemporary artistic context. Six contemporary artisans teamed with traditional craftsmen in bamboo framework crafting and papier-marché, birdcage crafting, copper ware crafting and Canton porcelain painting, to present a collaborative series of unique handmade artefacts that highlight the traditional element of the craft while injecting contemporary practicality. 消化：從經典攝取養份，帶走一片新風景 Digest _ having it here, taking away 消化－Digest，一個長達一年半的「千字文篆刻計畫」，藝術家蔡佩玲不間斷地從哲學人文風景累積其中養分 (having it here)，進行一系列以飲食為主題的篆刻創作；將石材與文字相佐，一刀刀刻劃出在地情感與世代共同記憶，並將它呈現給世界各地的每一位 (taking away)。 藝術家透過閱讀石頭以及複合媒材應用，加上文字的加溫，端出一道道熟悉的美食，經典與當代經過意想不到的巧思擺盤，色香俱全，讓人食指大動。 Digest, an exhibition of artist Peiling Tsai who spent a year and a half of studying and carving project of "The Thousand Character Classic" and also her awareness project based on the relationship between foods and human nature. 故宮文物堅守崗位千百年，今日出遊彰化！ Treasures of National Palace Museum Tour Changhua! 故宮近年致力於展覽交流、數位典藏，與創新科技結合為藝術作品，國立故宮博物院與彰化縣文化局首度攜手，將結合彰化在地產業，於縣立美術館接連展出故宮肉形石、黃玉鴨、白玉錦荔枝等人氣院藏文物，並透過情境裝置呈現文物與彰化的小故事。 此外，更透過新媒體科技將國寶文物嶄新詮釋，當中有「走入畫中」體感互動劇場、巨幅長卷動畫、文物互動桌面、虛擬實境VR體驗等趣味的數位互動展品，同時結合彰化縣文化局典藏品展出，以藝術跨域科技的多重視野，為觀眾帶來嶄新的審美體驗。 This exhibition is jointly organized by National Palace Museum and Changhua County Cultural Bureau. 文物舊了，殘了，缺了，要修復嗎？ 怎樣選擇與怎樣修復，都是一個大學問。 Unlocking the Secrets, the Science of Conservation 香港科學館已是第三次與北京博物院合作舉辦展覽，這次主題是故宮文物的修復，遍及家具、鐘錶、陶瓷、唐卡、古畫、衣服等約130件，部分更是首次對外公開展岀。同時還兼括香港文物如具近百年歷史的火車卡，別有情致。 嚴謹的修復，檢測、清洗、組裝、縫補、3D打印等技術糅合，固然對文化傳承有很大貢獻，但首要的是那對文化恭而重之的心，莫失莫忘。 As culture relics are valuable, conservation is of high importance.
